The Cross Country Experience is 5K trying to provide the same experience high school cross country runners experience. The race is run on the R-S Central 5 K course. The course is 2 loops partially on dirt trails and partially paved parking lot. The finish in the football stadium at R-S is really fast. This event also provides local runners a chance to compete with high school runners.

MORE INFO: This 5K cross country race will be run on the R-S Cross Country course. Most of the course is on dirt but there is a short paved section. There is a hill that goes up and comes back down.
